Bank Of Baroda — regarding refund issued by amazon on 30 july 2018.butrefund could not credited into my brkgb account of rupees 5735

Regrding refund issued that wa done by amazon on 30 july2018 in my Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Grameen Bank
Amazon said that refund was successfully initiated and the provide refund transaction id
But my refund canot be creadited into my brkgb account
Till now i have not found of rupees 5735 refund in my bank account.
I also contact branch manager but the did not reaolve my problem.please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir yesterday by mistake the amount of 1500is transferred to wrong benificiary by paytm upi id...so plzz help me to reflect the money in my account..what should i do for that plz tell me
