Bank Of Baroda — regarding refund made by amazon

Refund of ₹5200 has made by amazon on 8th august 2019. The reference number of the refund is[protected]. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount is received by them. I call customer service of bank of baroda again and again but got no response. So i need to file a charge dispute on them. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
