Bank Of Baroda — regarding refund money from online shopping

My name is aishwarya singh and i had ordered kurti and palazzo of rs. 570.14 (Received this amount) and rs. 660.44 (Not received) from myntra on 3rd oct 2019 and after that i returned this order due to personal reason and on 16 oct 2019 myntra initiated the refund process to my bank account but i still didn't received rs 660.44 amount yet.
I raised my query with myntra and they said it should have been reflected in your account by 23rd oct and 26th oct 2019 and gave me this reference no. 74766519286940208732974 and 74766519289941426733643, they told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint and refund this amount in my account as soon as possible.
