Bank Of Baroda — Regarding Refund of deducted money

I have transferred 2000rs on 7th dec to my paytm account .Money has been deducted but still my paytm account was not reflecting that money.I need my refund . I have tried to contact through customer care services but couldn't do so because line is always busy.I am so puzzled for my own money. i have also mailed paytm regarding this but they also replied that bank should look in to this .i really don't understand all this.
