I fed up to the services...i just want to complaint against the employee and services..there is no one for take any responsibitiy just said that is her fault and his fault...dear i m the customer according to me .they represent the bank of baroda..i have given request for internet banking on 1st dec...then he said tat is 10 days according to him i visit on that time they said u request qas not processed ur pancard issue date was not updated...i asked the simple one question ..at same time i applied mobile banking that has been activated..and again shared the reason with me..your mail id was not updated
..then i said him and her first check it when account was opened ..i filled the all mandatory details and that time i have applied for net banking mobile banking and mail id also share with them..and that time they said without pancard and adharcard we cant open your account so how can they said..now comes to second visit ...there is lady again she said i m not a responsible who was that time meet to her. I apply for net banking and fill the form your netbanking id and password will be here on 7 working ..so i visit after 10 days..means today..and she said inprocess..so i told the all concern with branch manager ...but i dont get any apology and i ask .is there any escalation matrix so that i got it as soon as possible...because i have applied for a loan..and already share with them..but just said u have to wait..(bola na ajayega intezar kro 10 din hue toh kya hua )i[censored] want to trace it so connect with government post office ..this type of VOC is suite on them..on that moment i feel that they favour on me...when my work will be done.i will clos the account and not carry on with this bank..
