Subject: refund dispute Sir, On 21.09.2017 i cancilled an order on amazon of rs 14999. Refund of that order is not credited yet in my account. Recently my father died... And he was a pensioner so 1 month extra pension is being credited into his bob Tiloi branch account. It's being around 1 month, the bank received a legal procedure to make dd and send to Treasurey. But uptill date the work is under process. Is this how system of bank works.
