Bank Of Baroda — release of lein amount

I have applied for fpo of iti through asba on 27/01/2020. Amount of rs. 34650/- has been lien for the same.. But later on the same fpo has been withdrawn and till yet my lein amount has not been released.
Plz instruct the branch to release the amount.
