Bank Of Baroda — rental in swipe machine charges without prior intimation

Dear sir/madam,
I am having current account in the name of m/s mahalaxmi agencies (Wadi nagpur) in bank of baroda. I had installed 5 yrs ago a swipe machine, but during installation i was committed that no rental would be charged if monthly transaction would be above 1 lkhs through swipe machine, but from few month rental is being charged @475+18%gst from october 15th 2017.
We had forwarded the matter many times & a written application on 4-1-2018, but the matter is still not resolved.

मेरे खाते से पैसा काटा जा रहा है और कुछ बताया भी नही जा रहा है नही पासबुक प्रिंट किया जा रहा है अब हमे क्या करना चाहिए 3 महीने का पेंशन काट लिया गया है
