This is to inform you that i am facing so much issue from bank side because my refund has already been initiated from the third party but still it did not reflect in my account. Amount of inr 907 has been pending from bank side this is a request to clear that amount as soon as possible.

I tried using debit card for 2nd time but it got blocked as the pin I was entering was showing incorrect
Please unblock the debit card as going to bank would be difficult during working hours
And also reset the PIN for same

I had a refund from Amazon which was reflected as reference no.
Reference #[protected]
But till now i didn't get it.
So disappointed.
Amazon has told me that it was initiated on 28 oct 18 but till now i didn't get it.

Hi this is Afreen shaikh bank acc no [protected] i did an imps transfer of 6000rs on 01 dec 2018 at 02.50 am. It gottimed out money was debited but never credited to beneficiery acc[protected] ifsc:icic0000388
I waited for 24 hours still no confirmation on successful transaction can you please refund my money asap

Have spoken with them but no help i dosnt think an imps transaction should take that long and its stuck in the app it shows transaction wasnt successful please i need my money asap there is no point using your app if money keeps on getting stuck
