Dear Support, I have tired to book train ticket through Paytm but due to error in IRCTC website booking has been cancelled then I received one message that you want to continue or want to refund the amount so I have select to refund full amount . Now you can check below scree sort is mention the payment conformation is Pending from your bank Side .please help me out by how much time I will received the amount and what is the actual status . Kindly revert asp. Message said it take 4hrs for refunding but 4hrs crossed but not received please help and refund my amount on my account .
