I am a customer of bob since last 10 years. I had a debit card that i was using since last 10 years. It was blocked without any information. I currently live in pune and my bank account is with raj nagar, ghaziabad branch. It is not possible for me to visit the branch frequently. I visited the branch on 6th of july to place request for an address change, a cheque book, debit card, and internet banking. I received the cheque book on my updated address while i didn't receive the debit card, also internet banking details are not received. Customer care people are either not equipped well to give information or are not educated enough. I received a consignment no. For the speed post that bank is claiming to make to send my debit card but the details show that the consignment never reached to my address, instead it is delivered to any unknown address. My money is unsafe in such a bank. Kindly help me. Also my mobile no. Is registered with the bank since last 10 years and now they say that my registered no. Is wrongly mentioned in bank details.
