Bank Of Baroda — Requested fund not received in atm

I had tried to withdrew rs 10, 000 on 05. May.2017, time 20:20 pm, from atm id ifdbom53, seq no.7708, in 212-216 samuel street mumbai. I only received rs 1, 500 (500 x 3) as cash from the atm machine. But the receipt of cash show withdrew of rs 10, 000. Kindly resolve this matter and return to me the balance amount 8, 500 to my account number [protected].

We visit 4-5 times to bank for printing of bank passbook for filling of income tax return but there is no response and behavior is not good
