Bank Of Baroda — rudely behaviour from every one and using phone again n again while dealing customers

My self gaurav jain m waiting in a row for cash credit of shahbad daulat pur branch in delhi from approximately 2 hours. the Person who is sitting on cash counter his behaviour for customer is too rude, and too slow in work as well just deal one customer n after that he is using his personal phone for making calls n the interesting part of this if somebody ask how much time u will take? then this person answer too rude n says if want quickly go in another branch.. why he is talk like this? the reason is here are some uneducated persons.. that's why he is taking advantage of this because they think who can complaint against us... and this things happen under sr. Branch manager his name is virender arora who avoiding this things happen in his branch... please take strong action for this because is this the only reason people don't want or afraid to visit and open account in government banks like bank of baroda.
