I did one forex transaction at ibb, surat. But due to bank's mistake transaction was failed and they cut charges after then i re initiate the payment and payment was successfull. But bank charged two times as it was bank's mistake after then when i asked to them then bank said to give some time to check the details but they didn't give me reply when i called surat ibb branch then again they said that give some time as i feel that there are not customer friendly staff and they cut my call. I don't know how to handle this psu bank's staff. As i am suffering in this whole process from last one month.
