SIR, I AMA A SENIOR CITIZEN AND 75 YEARS OLD AND HAVING A ACCOUNT AT YOUR DURGAPUR BRANCH SINCE BEGINING. I HAVE TERM DEPOSIT RECEIPTS IN THAT BRANCH AND ONE OF THAT TDR RECEIPT, I NOTICED THAT I HAVE NOT GETTING THE BENIFIT OF SENIOR CITIZEN SINCE THE12.03.2013. INITIALLY THE TERM DEPOSIT RECEIPT STARTS ON 12.02.2010 WITH SENIOR CITIZEN BENIFIT, AGAIN ON 12.02.2012, IT WAS AGAIN RENEWED ON 12.02.2012 WITH SENIOR CITIZEN BENEFITS, AND THEN FROM 12.02.2013, THE SENIOR CITIZEN BENIFIT STOPS DUE TO SOME ERRORS BY EMPLOYEE OF YOUR BANK. I HAVE MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THAT BRANCH, BUT THE ACCOUNTS MANAGER FOUND MY FAULT AS I COULD NOT TO IDENTIFY THE ERROR IN TIME. SIR, ARE THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BOUND TO DO ERRORS AND IS IT OUR DUTY TO IDENTIFY THE ERROR??? PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL SO THAT I CAN GET MINIMUM SUPPORT IN MY LAST DAYS OF MY LIFE. MY TDR NOS ARE 035345, NAME-SUSHEN KUMAR BARUA, CUSTOMER REFERENCE NO[protected]. NEEDLESS TO MENTION THAT I AM GETTING SENIOR CITIZEN BENIFIT IN OTHER TDR RECEIPTS OF THAT BRANCH.
