Bank Of Baroda — serious issue

On 27 july 2018, i made a atm transaction of rs 3000 through my bank of baroda debit card but that transaction failed and my money was debit from the bank. So on 28 july i registered a complaint by contacting its customer care, they noted down my complaint and told me that it will be resolved within 7 days. After some days i contacted again to know the status of my complaint, they told me that your complaint status shows that amount is reversed on 1 aug, and i told that there is no amount credited back to my account then they checked and told that yes we didnt see any amount credieted back, contact your base branch. Then i contacted my base branch and they already sent the complaint mails 2 times but not getting a proper response. I want to solve this issue as fast as possible becoz its already been more than 15 days.
