Bank has levied SMS charges of Rs.17 in my account on 9th February, 2017 for the service which I have not availed. Infact my present mobile number is not even registered with the bank. Without my consent and without informing me charges have been debited in my savings account. When informed to the branch manager by email, he is very adamant and rude and not accepting the email giving the reason email ID is not registered with the bank. When Mobile number is not registered and no SMS received by the customer how can the bank debit the charges in my savings account. I DONT HAVE ANY SUCH SMS FACILITY. Was this information helpful? |
