I have an account in Bank of Baroda in Jorabagan branch. Here the staff is very irresponsible and the staff does not come or start their work by the given time. The working time begins at 10am but staff is not present by that time. Even if the staff comes they are not ready to do any transaction on time. Few days before i went to the branch at 10am. But the staff was not ready to take my passbook and print my transaction details. I had been waiting till 10:45am still i was being given reason that their computer was taking time to turn on. It was really waste of time waiting there and no useful work done. Next two days i was given reason that there is no link in their system.
I would request you take some action against the branch as it really bad to go and waste time in the BoB branch.
