I, karthik sunil,
Am the managing partner of jajis group, have constantly been in touch with your branch for the past three weeks, at kollam, near r. P. Mall. I wanted to open a current account at the same branch due to the proximity towards my central office at r. P. Mall.
I have been visiting the above branch for talks on the same, the staff there are incompetent and are lethargic in their approach. So is the manager mr ravi.
Due to my persistence, they asked for a few documents, which i promptly submitted and the season of perpetual wait began.
As i reached the zenith of toleration in dealings with the branch, i decided to withdraw my request for opening of the current account, on 21st of this month. Also, requested the return of the documents which i have submitted for the cause.
I was informed to send a representative to the bank so as to return the documents when my person reached the bank, he was informed the documents were not available at the bank and is out somewhere for some process (No clarity, nothing specified). There is miscommunication, i am receiving different directives on the same issue. Again they had informed me, it would be sent to my office, the very next day which hasn't happened yet. I wonder if this another spell of a perennial wait.
As i am writing this letter after waiting for three working days.
I wish to bring to your notice that our company have years of banking with sbi and axis bank, also current accounts with the same. This is the first time i have come across such pathetic service delivery and disrespectful attitude from bankers.
