I am holding nri account in bob naroda branch since last 7 years. I have requested for a cheque book and atm card from sydney branch to naroda branch in writing as well as by email and have paid required amount for that in navember 2017. I am writing this post on 5 august 2018. Still waiting for reply. I will never reccomand any nri to open account in this bank. Naroda branch bank manager is very disrespectful towards the customer.
