Recently i purchased some products from known online shopping sites and returned some of them. I had paid with my debit card. It's been more than a week since the app shows that they have refunded the amount. But, it still hasn't reflected in the bank. This delay has also started ever since i took the new debit card. Why is it taking so long to get the amount?

Sir, I made a mobile recharge payment through Paytm using Bank of Baroda, but the recharge fails and money deducted from my account, Paytm operator said that the money will be refunded into your account but even after 8-9 days it is not refunded .
Kindly look into the matter and please solve this.
