Bank Of Baroda — the amazon refund amount has not been received by me till now.

My name is jayant singh rautela. I had ordered a product on 30 sep 2019 from amazon of rs10599 amount & after that i cancel the product due to personal reason on 30 sep 2019. Amazon refund the amount to my debit card but i still did'nt get the money. Amazon send this transaction id (1112hczzg04rhq4n3zn2ugi3a) (1111wsset1jqort1u01b9m40h) and reference no. 132143. And told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So please sort out my issue and refund my rs10599 amount.
