The receptionist or whoever sits with all the application forms is very rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. I just asked her if she could prepone my aadhar card registration. She replied so rudely. I even explained her that i stay in hostel which is far away from town and that my exams are knocking at the door. She didn't even pay attention to my words and said straight away, "i can't do anything". She didn't even look at my face. This is not you are supposed to behave with your customers. I hope these bank employees get a good lesson one day for behaving rudely.

Sir, i could not get any sms alert as credited and debited the money in my account since a month. bank is already debit the charged for the sms alert from my account but not given service.
Sir meri mataji ke seving account se pese kat gye mene visnagar main branch me 2 bar arji likhi koi exn nahi liya please help me sir mene bank me roj eqviri karta hu to bank staff kehta kar dege lekin kuch bhe nahi karte sir mera account 22 sal se me use karta hu me Purana customer hu
