Bank Of Baroda — they are not deposited 10 rs coins

I m nayan m momaya my saving ac no [protected], industrial estate branch, ankleshwar. On 27/09/2017 i m go branch to deposit sum 10 rs coins. Cashier. Manager & one onether senior all are tell that we cant accept coins because rbi has sercullered that we have not accept coins from customers. Than i asked to give me that rbi letter but they cant accept & manager talk with rudely. So pls i want to know why they cant accept coins.
