Bank Of Baroda — this is regarding i have not got my refund amount by amazon or bank of baroda

Address: Bandra East , BKC, G block Mumbai 51

I ordered 2 parcels kn 17 june which costs inr 520 on 17 july 2020, but i have not got my refund yet it has been past one week, kindly help.
