Bank Of Baroda — three times payment deducted from my account on online transaction

Dear sir,
With the reference of 1582746, i have complained on[protected] for three times payment deducted from my account.
After 15 days till not received payment in my account, when i complained you assured that you resolve the issue, this is ridicules support from your side.
As per conversation with gtpl they write us there is only one transaction done with gtpl
I have attached the copy of conversation
