Bank Of Baroda — Through my, deposited money did not add, in my saving a/c on 5/12/16 3pm

Dear sir,
I ajay kataria having saving a/c ([protected]) in bob gurgaon. I deposited one note of 1000/-in deposit m/c (Crhrgg02) at bob, basai road, gurgaon on 5/12/16 at 3.00 p. M. 1000/-rupee note deposited by m/c but it did not add in my account.
So therefore i request you to please look into this matter so that i could get my money in my account.
Deposit slip is attached with this application.
