Bank Of Baroda — to remove lien amount

Sir iam Rushab R. Bang from yavatmal maharashtra . Sir i have deposite 4000 rs in my bank of baroda account which is in yavatmal branch by cash on[protected]. From that 461.17 is blocked . N when i have asked to them then doesnt give any ans n says this goes toh lien amount n this amount till not unblocks plz give me my amount back
