Bank Of Baroda — Transaction declinend

Address: Medak, Andhra Pradesh, 502001

Transaction declined but amount debited from my account.
My account is in SBH(A/C No [protected]) main branch Siddipet. I went to withdraw Rs.10000 from my near by BANK OF BARODA ATM IN SANGAREDDY AT bypass road.ATM ID IS 1FDMDK07.
transaction was declined with SEQ NO.2219 And error code 072.time04/02/2017:11:36AM
Please help me to recover my lost amount.
