Bank Of Baroda — transaction dispute

Reference to place order on amazon.in and due to some discrepancy with product; return the order and ask for refund. They have issued refund with reference id 75503729021026385434731 on 20th jan 19. But till date i have not received the same on my account. As they confirm now payment is stuck up with bank of baroda not from amazon side. On bob phone banking they tell me that don't have any payment for this and we will not going to check anything; if your payment credited it will be reflect on your account.
