Bank Of Baroda — transaction fail but amount deducted from my account

Transaction is fail on 18 january 2019 in sbi atm 2 times try, rs 10000 in each transaction total amount is 20000, transaction is fail but amount is deducted from my account so please kindly sove my issue asap.
