Bank Of Baroda — Transaction failed but amount deducted

I am Hema. My account no. Is [protected]. I did 2 transactions in the afternoon. 1 at 15:31 and another at 15:47. Both were of NSEIT exam payment. First transaction was failed and another was successful. But, the amount deducted from my account for both transactions. When I called up NSEIT customer care they said that the fee has not been submitted for 1 candidate. You need to submit it again. So I did that transaction again. My amount deducted thrice for 2 successful transactions and 1 failed transaction as well. Please check and do the needful.
