Bank Of Baroda — transaction failed but amount deducted from bank

Transaction Date - 30 March 2020
Transaction of amount Rs 439.00 failed on Amazon while paying via Debit Card but amount was deducted from bank. Amazon has not received any amount for this order but bank has deducted. Please refund the the amount.

Amazon even gave me the reference number for the refund. #113448.
Amount has not been reflected in my account yet.
