My name is utakarash n kanse. On 31 january 2020 i was using zomato. The transaction was failed but maney is deducted. I contacted zomato they said money will be credited back to your account in 3, 4 days by bank.
But 3 days are passsed but money is not credited my account no is [protected]

Transaction details are
Rs.134.24 is debited to a/c...0688 on[protected]:20:15 (Avlbl bal rs.7.99) at pos tid-[protected], ref[protected]. Tollfree [protected] [protected] (24x7)

and acquirer reference number- payu
the airlines are saying that the money has refunded back but i didn't received any refund amount please forward it fast!
