I have placed an order of two hair smoothening cream worth rs 840/- on amazon on 19/03/2020.

And the same has been cancelled by me after 3-4 days. I have been provided with an update saying that the refund will be processed within 2-4 business days.
I have received an email from amazon on 28th of march, where it has been highlighted by them that the refund has been initiated by them on 22/03/2020 and should have been reflected on my account within 28th of this month, that is 3-5 business days after the initiation of the refund. If not i should reach out to the customer care service of my bank. But it is been more than 8-9 days i haven't received the refund yet. I have tried reaching out to the customer care service but didn't get any response.
I'll be highly obliged if you kindly check on the same. And process the refund as soon as possible.
