Bank Of Baroda — transaction timed out but amount deducted while withdrawal from atm

Hello sir/madam,
I had tried to withdraw rs.2700 from punjab national bank atm located at 168, master banwari lal tanwar marg, naraina village, naraina, new delhi, delhi 110028 but transaction was timed out and amount was deducted. I've not received refund. The atm id is 00n9062700. I've attached the screenshot of the message that i received for the same. Please help me with this.

I had made a transaction to mpockket of 1175, amount was deposited but was unable to reach the reciever, it's been 10 days but I have not yet received the money back

My ac no [protected] katghar branch i had submitted a mobile number updation form 3 months ago staff was not cooperative till now my number is not updated
I am very disappointed to this kind behaviour from bank of baroda please see my complaint and take action as soon as possible
