Bank Of Baroda — transaction was failed at the seller side but money deducted from bank account

On 29th of June, 2018, I was ordering a refrigerator with one more item of total amount of Rs[protected] as there was a discount of Rs 1000 if I'd online) on flipkart. I was making a payment of Rs 26198 through my debit card but what happened is that, order was not placed but money was deducted from my account and the order number was 1) OD[protected], 2) OD[protected], 3) OD[protected] because I attempted 3 times and all the transaction was failed as said by flipkart customer care executives.. I contacted flipkart, they told me to wait for 8 business days for resolution.
I waited, No resolution.

I called them again, they said to contact to bank. Okay no problem, I contacted. Btw I already had contacted my bank at branch as well as registered a complaint on 30th of June itself on phone call and the complaint number was[protected]. They told me that you would get resolution by 3rd of August, 2018. This time it was going beyond my patience limit. Somehow I managed to wait till 3rd of August.

No resolution. Again I contacted my bank, this time they said that your complaint has been closed as "TRANSACTION WAS DONE SUCCESSFULLY. CONTACT TO FLIPKART AND ASK MONEY FROM THEM".

Now flipkart is again saying that the seller has not got any money from your side and the transaction was failed and bank is saying that transaction was successful and I don't know where my money has gone.

It is a big harassment by these companies. I have stucked in an infinite loop. I don't know who is the culprit here either my bank or flipkart but I just want my money back.
