Bank Of Baroda — '"unauthorized credit card charges"

I tried to withdraw 1000 rupees from bank of baroda atm with atm id 3bmdkamy03 seq no 2315 using a punjab national bank card on 28th oct 16. it showed transaction declined unable to process. however 1000 rupees got debited from my account.

Recently I used the ATM for withdrawal the cash the message is shown on atm machine is unable to transaction but my account is debited.
