This is concerning the mira road branch next to evershine. Today for converting the passbook into photo passbook and as well for attestation i had as politely as possible asked an employee a question. She gave a sarcastic remark to the person sitting next to her that "today people use passbook as photo identification" in the snide and sharp tone. I was so shocked. I mean doesn't she know in police verification the bank statement is used? Why the frustration of her work to be used on me? They should be fired! What the hell is the bank doing as such? I am definitely going to give negative reviews if anyone asked me is bank of baroda good? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
