Respected Sir,
I am having Savings Bank Account with Bank of Baroda, Patel Nagar Branch, Ramadevi, Kanpur with net banking facility. While using the net banking through mistake wrong password has been entered, therefore the facility has been blocked and for unlocking the facility I have been directed to contact customer care centre. Accordingly I have contacted the customer care and complaint has been launched and the customer care service centre has directed me to contact the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda.
Thereafter I have contact the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda and requested to unlock the net banking facilities given to my S.B. Account and provide the transaction password to enable me to operate the net banking facilities. However I am sorry to inform you that the official who is dealing with the subject has not given any co-operation to settle my complaint and not provided any formalities for enabling the net banking facilities. He behaved in a very rude manner and told me to contact the customer care service centre. Further he is not performing his office work instead he is dealing with the personal matters to the people who visit during office hours. On account of the above I am in very great difficulties and not able to operate my account through net banking. Thereafter I approached the Customer Care Service Centre more than five times.
In the circumstances, I request you to solve my problems so as to enable me to avail the facilities and also inform the concerned Branch Manager to take appropriate action in the matter.
