Bank Of Baroda — unnecessary my atm card blocked

actually i dint used my atm card for few months so they blocked my card i contacted branch, they give me customer care no. i called there. they said that they unlocked my card after my request but even my card is blocked and when i contact bank, they tell me to contact custmer care and custmer care says that the card is unblocked but actually it is still not working. ayush jain akaltara (c.g.) mo. no.
