Dear sir/madam I have tried to debit amount 2500 from atm (delhi) but the same was failed with transction id - barbh[protected], on dt 16/11/2016 same was credited back but two types of entry taken in system with tranction id - barb[protected] and the same was not credit. Reguest you to find enclosed my soa and arrange for credit second debit entry amount 2500/-. I was also sent complaint mail to neft.
