I am registered to avail internet banking facility from your bank.
I request you to enable / disable (Strike off whichever is not applicable) my
Internet banking user id for the reasons mentioned below. Please do the
Needful as per the rules of the bank, early.

I am a customer of your bank having account no [protected] and I am using internet banking facility. But my user ID is disabled now. My user ID is `BISWA453`. Kindly enable my user ID.
