My name is Bhushan Ghate. I've an account with your bank [protected]. I tried to withdraw money from ATM which was declined. I didn't get Rs. 1500. I called to Customer Service and spoke to Abhilasha Tiwari (Agent) she transferred call to floor Supervisor. I don't remember her name but she escalated the case and I got compliant number [protected]. She said I'll get money as soon as possible. Next day again I called up and spoke to Stupid Agent Mr. AALAM he was very rude I was not listning me at all and refused me and said he would not transfer the call, after so many request and long time he transferrer the call to Supervisor Mr. SUDHIR. Mr. Sudhir was speaking Hindi language very funny. When asked him the problem he did not reply me and said he is unable to listen my voice however, He was actually listning properly and hung up the call.
Is it proper Service ?
Supervisor not speak English
Agent is rude
Already had word with Supervisor but they said I haven't spoken with the Supervisor.
I was requesting to Agent Mr. AALAM but he did not transfer the call.
Really I pissed off with the Service.
I am going to destroy my card now. I never faced any problem with other banks before. Still I have the same issue.
When I informed the Agent Mr.ALAM he simply said do Whatever.
So worst Service I ever seen in my life.
If possible then please take Strictly action.
