I'm not a member of this branch or this bank and I'm really greatful for that. I'm from Mumbai & Called the customer care number a while back to find out the contact number of a branch in Uttar Pradesh as there were numbers mentioned on any site. After a about 3 mins the call got through, only to find out that "we cannot share the details of a branch with non-customers. Please visit nearest branch! ". If i had to visit a branch, please explain as to why i would make a call to you? Inspite of several requests, she still dint share the details as to why they couldn't share the details, but weirdly her reply was "There are many branches all over & we do not have the contact numbers of all the branches." WOW! Amazing "Customer care" i must say... However, after logging on to the site to make a complaint, is where i found out the contact number of the particular branch. So to find out any details we need to reach the level of making a complaint. Great service by customer care. Was this information helpful? |
