Bank Of Baroda — whole amount taken as lien

Hi, i am an account holder in bank of baroda, mukundpur branch,
Recently when i was unable to do a transaction then i checked my balance and it was only 39, whereas it should be 50, 039.
I contacted their customer care number and they said that 50000 money has been blocked and is blocked as lien amount.
I am stuck, right now i don't have any idea.
I am going to branch today

I m from Baroda . Gotri branch... My names is selestin Shashikant macwan.. His account blocked so and so reason.. 1 chequ credited this account last month.. Than blocked.now I want go for withdhro that money they people told us to reopen takes a 1week... What can I do??? Such a pathetic system... Kindly do needful...
