Bank Of Baroda — wrong acc fund transfer not refund

My mobile number is [protected] mene bank of baroda ko payzapp wallet se transfer amount 1300rs ki wrong account me transfer ho gaya transaction date of 05/11/2017 right acc/ number is [protected] wrong acc/ number is [protected] ho gaya request bhi diya bank of baroda ko to koi solution nhi dete hai please guide sir compliant darj kia hai solution nhi aiya branch is sayan dist. Surat state gujarat abhi problem solve nhi hua one month hogaya call ayatha abhi refund nhi kiya islie me dubara compliant register karta hun
