My name is Debapriya Bhowmick holding a bank account with Bank of Baroda(saltlake sec5 branch).
By using my debit card of bank of baroda i swiped the card in a shop amount of 1780/-.
1 transation failed and the second was successful.
But twice the money got deducted.
I complait to the bank.
1st the customer care is horrible they have no information secondly they are not ready to help.
more over now they are saying it will take 50days to refund my money.
I want my money back please help.
its the fault of the bank not mine.

Updated by Debapriya Bhowmick Just now i received a call from a number [protected] says he is calling from Bank of Baroda escalation team and he is going to refund my money immediately on my card. and taken my card details.
