Bank Of Baroda — Wrong dishonor of cheque

We are having current a/c [protected] @ with your railway road sonipat branch and only ATM payments are credited in this ac and we had issued a cheque in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd.. for Rs..4, 69.598/- on dated 3/1/2017 but today 12/1/2017 we came to know from your branch that cheque had been dishonored as ac had been blocked by data center with any information to us. This is a serious lapses and ours reputation has been effected.
