Respectfully, i want to say that i have done a payment online of Rs.1500 to a bank account dated 03/08/2019 at 05:28 PM via UPI through paytm then i realised the receiver is not a trustble person he has done fraud on us after the receive payment he does not done his homework and he have to ignorring me as well a possible
